The first day we meet each other makes my heart beating fast

“Are you new student here?” he asked me with his spirit, Hane Kuriboh on his shoulder.

“Yea, I’m new here” I answered after I get my Ruby back from his side

“I’m Yuuki Juudai, nice to meet you” he introduced himself while shaking my hand n I reply,
“Nice to meet you too”

We both become friend after our first meet on that day
It’s my first time to know someone who can see spirits like me

He’s interesting…
I like him…especially when he smiled at me…

“Johan, Let’s duel!” he challenged me, I put my deck into my duel disk accepted his challenge
We’re doing it more than 30 minutes…coz of my trump card hasn’t come yet I lost 300 points to him.

“Gaccha! It’s an interesting duel!” he pointed his fingers to me

“You’re awesome, Juudai. I lost”

We spend our day together by dueling n something else
I want my time forever with him….

Maybe it sounds strange but I’m happy being with him everyday
I don’t care someone leave me but I can’t stand if he disappeared from my sight

I want he knows my feeling but afraid he’ll reject me…

After months later I decide to express them all in front of him

“Actually…I like you, Juudai…”

At last I said it. Now he faced me with full of confused on his face don’t know what he should answered.

“I-I like you too, Johan…”

I can’t believe he replied it. I asked him again to make it sure and he answered yes.
Happily I hugged him but when I move my face closer, he pushed me off lightly.

“Sorry, I’m not ready for it. Will you wait a month for me?”

“Eh? What do u meant?”

“I don’t have any experience about dating someone so I need time for it. Please don’t do that things, ok? I’m sure I’ll let you do it after my birthday’s coming next month”

I agreed him.

3rd week before his birthday, we spend our day like usual.

As my promise I won’t do anything eventhough I need him so bad.

When I saw him sleeping, I wanna touch his face then kissed those lips.

Everytime I’m gonna do it, I remember once again about my promise, I can’t kiss him before 1 month lasted. Still 1 week remaining ‘till it passed.

After that we’ll become real lovers like the other couple.

“Johan, let’s ride that Jet coaster!”

Today we play all the games at amusement park near the academy


“Ah! I remember! Tomorrow is your birthday, isn’t it?”

“Yea, you’re right. But is it ok if we go here once again?”

“Why not? Hehe, you still remember our promise, right?”

“Um, of course. I can’t wait till tomorrow.”

“Me also. Well, tomorrow at 12.00 pm, ok! ”

When the sun rising high on the sky,
I prepared myself before meet him there

Juudai’s POV

“GAAH!!! I wake up late!!” my clock pointed at 11.45 pm. quickly I cleaned my bed room and myself then dashed out from my room after finished my duty there.

                                 (Almost 2 minutes before 12.00)
                          (I must get there quickly, wait for me Johan.)

                     (Now my heart beating fast can’t wait to see you)
                  (Today will be my first time with someone I love most)

                (Eventhough we always together but today’s different)
                          (I want my birthday turn out beautifully)

“…” In the street I saw a lot of people playing in the small park. Seems like they still a child
Maybe I’ll be happy like them spending my time with Johan today. When I saw my watch, it still 1 minute before my lateness so that I ran hurriedly from that small park.

“Ah! The ball!”

“I’ll take it now” one of those children runs to take the ball that spin outside the park.
He finally takes the ball but suddenly a bus comes and going to hit him.
Without thinking twice I jump to push that child from it. He was saved but unfortunately it comes different with my thought. That bus hit me and now I feel my red blood come out through my body.

                      (I think today will be my best birthday with Johan…)

“Onii-san!!!”

I heard that child’s voice clearly but my vision now blurred.
It feels hurt…
I moved my hand then see my watch pointed on 12.01.

Johan’s POV

“It’s 12.10 now…Maybe I must wait him a little more…”I look at my watch then moved my sight to the sky.

“Hey! What’s happening over there?”
“Someone crashed by bus minutes ago. Let’s go there”

I heard their chat. Coz I wanna know what’s happening there, I decided to go for a while.
A lot of people come to see who’s the one crashed by that bus.

“Pity him…he must die at his young age…” when I heard it, hurriedly I walked near the person who lying on the ground.

“…!” when I saw his face I can’t believe he’s…

                                                (It’s impossible…..)
                                     (This is not a reality, isn’t it…?)
                                   (It just a dream… a nightmare…)
                   (Someone please wake me up… I can’t see this even more…)


I lifted his head with my hand then hug his body tightly
My tears come out from my eyes want to yell his name aloud

                      (I don’t want to face this reality… please wake up…)

                       (That’s my only hope… Why u can’t do it for me?)
                              (I don’t care if u gives me a short reply)

The next day, a lot of people from Osiris Red, Ra Yellow, and Obelisk Blue come to visit his funeral.
The rain dropped hard from the sky

His friends are crying when they know their friend, Yuuki Juudai was died.

I can’t cry anymore… my tears seems dried from my eyes.


After hours later we’re all back to our dorm
In the way I saw his dorm. I opened his door then look inside his room that never changed

I walk near his desk and saw a diary book placed on top of it
Maybe this is his book….I thought
